![Sidequested for @demon_slayer_offcial ‘s US Red Carpet Premiere and screening now playing in theaters🥹😭❤️ I don’t know what I did to deserve this but it was truly an honor to be able to go and support for one of my favorite animes of all time since 2016 when the manga came out 😭
It’s a bit fitting in terms of the timing of the release of this film here how much of its universal themes that makes you think a lot about morals/values + ethics and how it gives you feelings towards demons essentially or allows you to start to understand their motives - the characters (especially for one of my favorite villains + his backstory that made a certain re-appearance from Mugen Train Arc 👀) are well written and the fight sequences deserves every amt of attention and immersion and from the biggest screen possible (animators deserve a raise fr 😮💨) + alongside the music from Yuki Kajiura and Go Shiina and voice acting that makes you want to root for them 😖 I normally watch the series in subbed but have to pay my respects for the Eng voice actors as well 🤯 Got to meet some of them as well + creators (and even one of my favorite seiyuus of all time Natsuki Hanae who’s the Japanese VA for Tanjiro came! 🙌 Almost a reunion too bc I first saw him speak at a panel for Demon Slayer at Anime Expo in 2024 👀)
The audience reactions were amusing from the cheering for their favorite slayers to the synchronization of everyone sniffling and grabbing their tissues 🤭 and yes I cried like 3x and might cry some more for the subbed version again soon lol
Please go watch it in theaters but ah if you don’t already know what Demon Slayer is all about, you might want to watch the series first before watching the films 😅

Restarting this account with this lil reel that I made a couple of months ago, as I wanted to have more flexibility/expand beyond landscape photos to more street/lifestyle (even those “cinematic vlogs” hah) photography/videography. I realized that more of my photography and videography are aligned with that, and can do more with this account . Almost forgot about reunions! I was able to reunite with a high school friend who’s from Belgium and I told him a couple weeks before the weekend trip that I was going to visit and if he was down to meet up, and he was able to show us around from a local perspective 🙌

I discovered that it’s actually pretty nice out being able to shoot when there’s not that many tourists or people out in general during off season - get to learn more about the people and culture more that way and having more flexibility to take photos at different angles without worrying about the crowds

Hii! It’s been a while, but let’s just say we’ve finally settled down after studying abroad in Europe the last 6 months and finally getting around to edit photos and videos (I currently have 6 months of backlog so bear with me lol)
Revamping this account towards a mix of street/landscape and cinematic photography + video content!
I discovered a love for street and cinematic photography after traveling and exploring around the streets of Europe that aligns with my love for music side of film/tv + soundtracks
Still learning and have long ways to go, but this acct will also be a sort of a photo journal to document my progress in a way - excited to show you all of it!

Me and my friends tried to tentatively plan our itinerary around the aspect that we wanted to catch the sunset at the bridge in time after we drove down the Highway 1 exploring parts of Big Sur. Safe to say that we were able to manifest it 🙌. There’s also different viewpoints through the Highway to see the bridge and the views, definitely recommend going if you have the chance!
I chose this music byPhilip G Anderson to pair with the photo because it reminded me of something that there was something grand and epic about this scenery, and I loved his music from the past - thought it captured a tiny moment in time, with its beauty and a hint of ✨magic✨

Continuing the Big Sur series! Two friends and I were on a road trip to Big Sur and we made a goal to catch the sunset at Bixby Bridge - well worth it as it felt like time passed by really slow, the one time where I felt like I could take a moment to breathe a little. Driving on the highway 1 after sunset? That was another beast entirely 😂

🌿A Spring’s Awakening🌿
Tbt 1st road trip to Bixby Bridge, Big Sur with some friends! I honestly didn’t think that I would be able to drive that far in a single day and it was the first time too, but we somehow managed to get there. We said that our main goal to go to Big Sur was to see the Bixby Bridge at sunset and it was worth the wait. It was also really peaceful, waiting for the sunset to go down while catching up with friends - made it seems like time slowed down ❤️
